2. What is required to move in?

1 Month’s rent (Must 18 or older to rent).

3. Do I have to pay 1st, last and / or security deposit?

NO Just a $20.00 (fully refundable) clean fee
and NO Admin. Fees.

4. Is my storage safe?

Yes, we have computerized security, fire sprinkler systems
and insurance is available.

5. Access hours 24 hrs?

Access is during store hours (see no. 6), with future plans
for extended hours. Please call us for details.

6. Hours of operation?

Brockton:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sunday Closed

Haverhill & Lawrence:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm and Sunday Closed
